This is a Pewter Quaich made by Edwin Blyde. It has a traditional quaich classic Plain with touch marks solid plain handles. Polished finish making it the perfect friendship gift for any occasion. Comes in a black presentation gift box. The Quaich (Scotland's Cup of Friendship) was for centuries, a common domestic utensil which originated in the West Highlands of Scotland. It was the dish from which the Scot supped his porridge and drank his ale. The Quaich became the traditional toasting cup of welcome in Scotland or even good wishes upon farewell or parting. Surviving the centuries and mystique of history it its truly Scotland's Cup of Friendship.

This beautiful pewter Quaich features a plain highly polished bowl which contrasts wonderfully with the ornate Celtic Knot style handles and Celtic banding around the circumference of the bowl.
