Engraved glass awards for companies, clubs and schools

Every award is engraved with your logo and wording in our Clydebank workshop, then boxed and delivered anywhere in the UK. We've made awards for staff recognition, long service, sales targets, sports clubs and school prize-givings for over 50 years, and about a third of the awards we engrave, by value, go out in orders of 20 or more.

Can you engrave our logo on the awards?

Yes. Send us your logo and we'll send back a free digital proof before anything is engraved. Vector files such as .AI, .EPS or .SVG give the sharpest result, but send what you have and we'll let you know if it works.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, bulk pricing is available on request. Tell us roughly how many awards you need and we'll put a quote together. The same design with a different name on each award is no problem: just send us a spreadsheet of names.

Do you do long service and staff awards?

Yes, they are most of our company work. See our long service and staff awards page for examples and how a company order works.

What should we engrave on an award?

Most awards read, top to bottom: the award title, the person's name, the reason, your organisation and the date. For example: Long Service Award / Jane Smith / In recognition of 25 years of service / your company name / 2026. Add your logo at the top if you like. We lay it out and send a proof, so tell us if the name should stand out.

How far ahead should we order for an event?

Most orders are ready in 2 to 3 working days. Larger orders usually take 7 to 10 working days after you approve the proof, so for a fixed event date get in touch a few weeks before. Tight deadline? Give us a quick call or message us on live chat and we'll see what we can do.

What is the difference between glass and crystal awards?

Our jade glass awards have the classic green tinted edge and start at £6, a great value choice for larger orders. Optical crystal is clearer and heavier, with a premium feel, ideal for top honours and long service, up to £169 for our largest award.

Can you add colour to the engraving?

Yes. Gold, silver or copper infill can be added for £10 per award, on every award or just the top one. Ask for a proof with and without if you're not sure.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. We regularly work with companies, schools, councils and NHS boards, and can invoice for payment by bank transfer or process your purchase order.

Do the awards come boxed and do you deliver?

Most awards come in a presentation box as standard. We deliver across the UK, with free standard delivery on orders over £149, or you can collect from our shop in Clydebank.
