Amazing service and very fast turnaround! I was asked to coordinate a last minute staff member recognition event and thought it would be a nice idea to get an engraved hipflask. Within 24 hours, I was able to collect the item which looked superb. The flask itself was of pewter with a very attractive finish. The engraving itself was very professional. The sales director, was very helpful throughout and I will not hesitate to contact Walters of Clydebank for future requirements.

Common questions
Can I choose something to engrave in the shop?
Yes. We have hundreds of glasses, decanters, quaichs, trophies and awards in the shop and online, all ready to engrave. Not sure what to choose? Call or pop in and we'll help.
How long does engraving take?
Most orders are ready in 2 to 3 working days. Large or complex orders can take longer, and we'll confirm the timeline when you order. Need it sooner? Call us before ordering and ask about our rush service.
What can you engrave?
We engrave glass and crystal, including whisky glasses, decanters, vases and glass awards. We also engrave metals like pewter and nickel, so quaichs, trophies, medals and hip flasks, plus whisky bottles and technical markings such as serial numbers and QR codes.
Can you engrave our logo or crest?
Yes, it's our speciality. Send us your logo and we'll send back a free digital proof. Vector files such as .AI, .EPS or .SVG give the sharpest result. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
Is sandblast engraving better than laser?
Our sandblasting gives a deep, frosted finish you can feel with your fingertips, with crisp detail on glass and crystal. It's permanent, not a surface mark that wears off.
Do you deliver outside Glasgow?
Yes. We deliver across the UK, with free standard delivery on orders over £149, or you can collect from the shop in Clydebank. We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.
