Trade questions
Do you put your name on anything?
No. No branded cartons, notes or invoices go to your client. We are happy to sign an NDA if your client needs one.
Can you send a sample for our pitch?
Yes. One-off engraved samples usually take a few working days once we have the artwork, and we can post them in the UK or abroad.
Can you engrave glassware we or our client supply?
Yes, glass of any kind. For metal we engrave pewter and metal items from our own range.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Trade pricing improves with quantity, and we quote runs from 10 to 1,000+.
How quickly can you turn a job around?
Most trade orders are ready in 7–10 working days after proof approval, and smaller jobs often sooner. Bottle runs are typically 4–5 weeks. Tell us your date at the start and we’ll say straight away if it works.
Can you deliver to several addresses?
Yes, from a spreadsheet, anywhere in the UK.
Do you work with overseas agencies?
Yes. We quote in pounds, post samples abroad and deliver across the UK.
Can our client visit the workshop?
Yes, by arrangement, at 80 Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, Glasgow G81 1UG.
Do you do printed merchandise or clothing?
No. We focus on engraving: glass, crystal, spirit bottles and pewter.
