Amazing service and very fast turnaround! I was asked to coordinate a last minute staff member recognition event and thought it would be a nice idea to get an engraved hipflask. Within 24 hours, I was able to collect the item which looked superb. The flask itself was of pewter with a very attractive finish. The engraving itself was very professional. The sales director, was very helpful throughout and I will not hesitate to contact Walters of Clydebank for future requirements.

Your questions, answered
Can you handle large or recurring orders?
Yes. Orders from 10 to 1,000+ are welcome, and many organisations come back every year for their awards nights and long-service programmes, with new glass awards each time.
What is your typical lead time?
Usually 7–10 working days after you approve the proof. If you have an event date, tell us at the start and we will say straight away whether we can make it.
Can each award have a different name?
Yes. Email us a spreadsheet with the names and any wording for each award. We check every line on the digital proof before anything is engraved.
Our logo is quite detailed. Can you engrave it?
Yes. We prepare your logo for engraving and send a free digital proof for approval. A vector file (PDF, EPS or AI) is ideal, and you can add it to the quote form.
Can you supply a full awards package?
Yes. Glass and crystal awards, engraved quaichs and decanters, and medals, all from our Clydebank workshop. We also engrave logo glassware and spirit bottles for client gifts.
How do we pay?
By invoice, against your purchase order if you use them. VAT invoices and BACS.
