The award, the name and the season for each one. A list in an email or a spreadsheet is fine. Still waiting on a winner? Send it when you know.

We email you when everything is ready. Collect from Clydebank or we deliver, and we can invoice the club.

Amazing service and very fast turnaround! I was asked to coordinate a last minute staff member recognition event and thought it would be a nice idea to get an engraved hipflask. Within 24 hours, I was able to collect the item which looked superb. The flask itself was of pewter with a very attractive finish. The engraving itself was very professional. Clubs and schools come to us from Clydebank, Glasgow, Dumbarton and the Vale of Leven, Bearsden, Milngavie, Paisley, Renfrew, Erskine and Helensburgh. We also deliver across Scotland and the UK.
Before you visit
Can we come in and look at trophies?
Yes, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We have trophies, medals, glass awards and quaichs in the shop and catalogues with thousands more. Bring your list and budget and we'll help you choose.
How long does it take?
Most club orders are ready within a few days to a week, depending on how many there are and whether we order them in. Tell us your presentation date when you get in touch and we'll confirm it can be ready. Medals made to your own design take a few weeks.
Can you invoice the club?
Yes. We can invoice the club, school or organisation, or you can pay when you collect.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across the UK, with free standard delivery on orders over £149. Or collect from the shop in Clydebank.
Questions clubs ask us
Can you engrave every winner's name?
Yes. Send us one list with the wording for each trophy: usually the award, the winner and the season, for example Player of the Year / Jamie Reid / 2026–27. Engraving starts at £2 a trophy, and you can check every name on the proof before we engrave.
What if we don't know all the winners yet?
Send what you have now and the rest when you know. Tell us when your presentation night is and we'll tell you the last day we need the final names.
Can you add our club badge?
Yes, on glass awards and many trophies. Send your badge with your quote request: any clear image will do, and a PDF, EPS or AI file gives the sharpest result. There's a one-off £20 artwork set-up per order, and we send a free proof before we engrave.
Can you match the trophies we had last year?
Usually. Send us the code or a photo. We keep your club's trophy list on file, so next season you can just send the new names. If a trophy is no longer made, we'll suggest the closest match.
Do you do medals?
Yes: gold, silver and bronze medals with ribbons in your colours and a centre for your sport, or your own logo printed on the centre. Medals with a ribbon start at £1.49 and engraving at £2, and we have presentation boxes. For bigger events we can have medals made to your own design. See our medals.
Do you re-engrave our existing cups and shields?
We no longer re-engrave annual cups, shields or salvers, or engrave plates on their own. We can supply a keeper trophy for each winner to take home instead, or pass on the details of a hand engraver who re-engraves cups.
Do you supply schools and youth teams?
Yes: sports days, prize-givings, kids' football and rugby festivals, dance shows and swimming galas. Budget trophies start at £5 and medals at £1.49, and we can invoice the school or club.
