Amazing service and very fast turnaround! I was asked to coordinate a last minute staff member recognition event and thought it would be a nice idea to get an engraved hipflask. Within 24 hours, I was able to collect the item which looked superb. The flask itself was of pewter with a very attractive finish. The engraving itself was very professional. The sales director, was very helpful throughout and I will not hesitate to contact Walters of Clydebank for future requirements.

I have ordered 6 awards on 3 separate occasions and the quality of the award and engraving is superb. Wonderful customer service is provided by Christine and every communication was responded to very quickly. My last order had a very tight turnaround and they handled it with no problem. Really excellent, would highly recommend!
